TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply when you shop at feministsmeden.se. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders & Agreement
When you complete your purchase at checkout, we will send an order confirmation by email. The order confirmation confirms that we have received your order.
3. Prices & VAT
All prices are stated in SEK. VAT is included for deliveries within the EU, unless otherwise stated. For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
We reserve the right for sold-out items, typographical errors, and clearly incorrect pricing.
4. Payment
Payment is made using the payment methods shown at checkout (for example card, Swish, Klarna, or another payment provider). If invoice payment is available, the payment provider’s terms apply.
5. Delivery
Current delivery options, shipping costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.
6. Right of Withdrawal, Returns & Complaints
Rules regarding the right of withdrawal, returns, exchanges, refunds, and complaints are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or obstacles caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as transport disruptions, government decisions, fire, system failures, or similar events.
8. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), where applicable. Swedish law applies.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The latest version is always published on our website.

SHIPPING POLICY
We ship all orders with tracked and insured shipping. The normal delivery time is stated on the product page and/or in your order confirmation. If a product has a different delivery time, this will be clearly stated on the relevant product page.
If a delay occurs, we will contact you by email.
Delivery Options Within Sweden
MyPack Home Small (PostNord)
Tracked delivery to your mailbox if the parcel fits, otherwise to a pickup point.
Price: SEK 89
Delivery time: 1–4 business days
Service Point (PostNord)
Nordic Swan Ecolabelled tracked delivery to a pickup point near you. You will receive notification via PostNord. Collection requires valid ID or BankID in the PostNord app.
Price: SEK 79
Delivery time: 1–4 business days
Registered Letter (PostNord)
Insured and tracked delivery to a pickup point. Notification is sent via PostNord. Collection requires valid ID.
Price: SEK 99
Delivery time: 2–4 business days
Delivery Within the EU
The shipment is handled by PostNord in Sweden until it reaches the destination country, after which the local postal operator takes over.
Price: SEK 129
Delivery time: 3–5 business days
Global Shipping (Outside the EU)
The shipment is handled by PostNord in Sweden until it reaches the destination country, after which the local postal operator takes over.
Price: SEK 149
Delivery time: 3–10 business days
Customs & Import Fees (Outside the EU)
Customs duties and import fees are not included in the shipping cost. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer. Orders outside the EU are normally VAT-exempt at checkout, and any local VAT is paid according to the rules of your home country.
Uncollected Parcels
A fee of SEK 350 (shipping and handling) will be charged for uncollected shipments. This amount will be deducted from the refunded total.
Transfer of Risk
The risk for the goods passes to you once the shipment has been delivered according to the selected delivery method.
Changes to Shipping Costs
We reserve the right to adjust shipping rates in the event of cost increases beyond our reasonable control.

RETURN, WITHDRAWAL & COMPLAINT POLICY
1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
As a customer, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item, in accordance with Swedish distance selling legislation.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@feministsmeden.se within 14 days and return the item within 14 days of notifying us.
2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that are:
• made to order according to your specific wishes, or
• clearly personalized (for example engraved, custom-sized, or otherwise customized).
3. Condition of the Item & Loss in Value
You may open and carefully inspect the item to the extent necessary to assess it. If the item has been handled more than necessary and its value has decreased as a result, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the loss in value.
4. Return Shipping
If you cancel a purchase, you are responsible for the return shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
5. Refunds
Once we have received and approved your return, we will issue a refund (including any standard shipping cost, where required by law) using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Exchanges (Store Credit)
If you wish to exchange an item, we offer exchanges via store credit.
• You are responsible for return shipping when making an exchange.
• Once the return has arrived, we will send you a store credit code by email corresponding to the item’s value.
• The code is valid for 2 years and can be used for one or multiple purchases.
How to Exchange an Item
1. Pack the jewelry in its box and place it in a padded envelope.
2. Include a note with your order number and email address.

7. Complaints (Faulty Goods)
If an item is faulty, you have the right to file a complaint under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. Please contact us at info@feministsmeden.se and describe the issue, preferably including photos.
If the complaint is approved, we will cover reasonable costs related to the complaint, such as return shipping.
