We ship your order with tracked and insured delivery. The estimated delivery time for each product is stated on the product page and/or in your order confirmation. During periods of high demand or due to other circumstances, delivery times may need to be adjusted. If so, we will contact you by email.
Delivery options within Sweden
MyPack Home Small (PostNord)
Nordic Swan Ecolabelled, tracked delivery to your mailbox if the parcel fits; otherwise to a pickup point.
Price: SEK 89 (tracked & insured)
Delivery time: 1–4 business days
Service Point (PostNord)
Tracked delivery to a pickup point near you. You will be notified when your parcel is ready for collection. Pickup is available upon presentation of ID or BankID in the PostNord app.
Price: SEK 79 (tracked)
Delivery time: 1–4 business days
Registered Letter (PostNord)
Insured and tracked delivery to a pickup point. You will be notified when the shipment is ready for collection. Pickup requires valid ID.
Price: SEK 99 (tracked & insured)
Delivery time: 2–4 business days
Delivery within the EU
The shipment is handled by PostNord in Sweden until it reaches the destination country, after which the local postal operator takes over.
Price: SEK 129 (tracked & insured)
Delivery time: 3–5 business days
Global delivery (outside the EU)
The shipment is handled by PostNord in Sweden until it reaches the destination country, after which the local postal operator takes over.
Price: SEK 149 (tracked & insured)
Delivery time: 3–10 business days
Important for orders outside the EU:
Customs duties and import fees are not included in the shipping price. Any such charges are the responsibility of you as the customer. Orders outside the EU are VAT-exempt in our checkout, and you pay any applicable VAT according to the rules in your home country.
PostNord’s terms for each delivery method are also shown at checkout. If a product has a different delivery time, this will be stated on the product page.
Uncollected parcels
A fee of SEK 350 (shipping/handling) will be charged for uncollected shipments. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Transfer of risk
The risk for the product transfers to you as the customer once delivery has taken place according to the selected delivery method.
Changes to shipping rates
We reserve the right to adjust shipping costs and handling fees in the event of cost increases arising between the time of order and the day of delivery.
