Return, Right of Withdrawal & Exchanges

1) Right of Withdrawal (14 Days) – Applies to Non-Custom Items

If your item is not custom made, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable EU distance selling legislation.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please email us at info@feministsmeden.se within 14 days and include your order number.

You must then return the item within 14 days from the date you notify us that you wish to cancel the purchase.

2) Exceptions – When the Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that are:

• custom made according to your specifications (for example custom measurements), or

• clearly personalized (for example engraved or otherwise customized).

3) Condition of the Item & Loss in Value

You may open and carefully inspect the item to the extent necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and function.

If the item has been handled more than necessary and has therefore decreased in value, we may make a deduction for the loss in value. Each case is assessed individually.

4) Return Shipping in the Event of Cancellation

If you cancel a purchase, you are responsible for the return shipping cost unless otherwise agreed.

5) Refunds

Once we have received your return and checked the condition of the item, we will issue a refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Please note that we may wait until we have received the returned item before processing the refund.

6) Exchanges (Store Credit)

As a small business where each piece is handmade, we offer exchanges in the form of store credit.

• You are responsible for the return shipping cost when making an exchange.

• Once the return has arrived, we will email you a store credit code corresponding to the value of the item.

• The store credit is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase and may be used for one or multiple purchases.

• The code can be entered at checkout.

7) How to Return or Exchange an Item

1. Pack the jewelry in its box and place it in a padded envelope (max. 30 × 20 × 7 cm). You may reuse the envelope or box your jewelry arrived in.

2. Include a note with your order number and email address.

8) Uncollected Parcels

A fee of SEK 350 (shipping and handling) will be charged for uncollected shipments. This amount will be deducted from the refunded total.

9) Complaints (Faulty Items)

If an item is faulty, you have the right to make a complaint in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. Please contact us at info@feministsmeden.se and describe the issue, preferably with photos.

If the complaint is approved, we will cover reasonable costs arising in connection with the complaint.
