Ordering and assortment

  • Most jewelry pieces are ready to be shipped within 1–3 days, but please allow a few extra days when purchasing gifts. If you have questions about a specific piece, you can email me to check stock availability: info@feministsmeden.se

Delivery and Shipping

  • - Within Sweden: approx. 1–3 business days
    - Within the EU: 3–10 business days
    - Worldwide: 5–12 business days

  • Since all jewelry is handmade, the delivery time may vary depending on the piece and the current workload in the workshop.

    Normal delivery time is 1-3 business days.

    If the delivery time is longer, it will be indicated on the respective product page.

    If you need your jewelry by a specific date, you are always welcome to contact me before ordering, and I will see what is possible.

  • Absolutely. You can choose your friend’s delivery address at checkout and your address as the billing address, so the jewelry will be sent directly to the recipient.

    No receipt or order confirmation will be included, only an encouraging card with a greeting from me and some information about the craftsmanship.

    Tip: Add a gift ribbon and a greeting card at checkout for 15 SEK.

  • Once your order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you haven’t received an email, please check your spam folder first. If you still can’t find it, contact me and I’ll help you.

  • Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive delivery information through the shipping method you selected at checkout.

    We also recommend downloading the PostNord app for faster delivery updates.

    Eco-labeled, traceable delivery to your mailbox if the package fits – otherwise to a pickup point.

    Delivery time: 1–4 business days


    Service Point (PostNord)

    Eco-labeled, traceable delivery to a pickup point near you. You will be notified when the package is ready for collection. Pickup requires ID or Bank-ID via the PostNord app.

    Registered letter (PostNord)

    Insured and traceable delivery to a pickup point. You will be notified when the package is ready for collection. Pickup requires ID.

    Price: 99 SEK (traceable & insured)

    Delivery within the EU

    The shipment is handled by PostNord in Sweden until it reaches the destination country, after which the local postal operator takes over.

  • Yes, Feministsmith ships to several countries within Scandinavia and the EU. You can see the available delivery options for your specific country at checkout before completing your purchase.



  • Packages that are not picked up and are returned to me will be charged for the incurred shipping and handling costs. If you encounter any issues, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to find a solution.

    Tip: In the PostNord app, you can share your shipment so that, for example, a friend can help you pick up your package.

Returns and exchanges

  • For handmade jewelry made to order, returns are generally not accepted, as they are made especially for you. For products that are not custom-made, your rights under applicable consumer legislation apply. Exact terms can be found in the purchase conditions.

  • There is a 30-day exchange policy on unused jewelry. There is no right of return as everything is handmade to order.

  • Yes, there is a 30-day exchange policy on unused jewelry. You, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping cost when making an exchange.

    Here’s how to proceed:


    1. Pack the jewelry in its box and place it in a padded envelope (maximum dimensions: length 30 cm, width 20 cm, height 7 cm). You may use the envelope/box you received the jewelry in.

    2. Include a note with the order number and your email address where you want the credit code sent.

    As soon as I receive your return, I will email you a credit code for the amount the jewelry cost. The credit code is valid for 2 years from the purchase date. If you don’t want to use the full amount at once, you can split it across multiple purchases.

    Once you have received the credit code, you can shop for the item you wish to exchange for in the webshop. Enter the code at checkout on the right side under the cart where it says GIFT CARD.

  • You as the customer are responsible for the return shipping cost when making an exchange.

Complaints and Liability

  • If your jewelry has broken from normal use, I will repair it free of charge. Contact me at info@feministsmith.se.

    Feministsmith does not replace lost items; please contact your insurance company in such cases.

  • If your jewelry arrives damaged, or if something is wrong, please contact me as soon as possible. Feel free to include a photo and description, and I will assist you further.

  • A claim applies if there is an original defect in the product. Normal wear and tear, discoloration from external factors, or damage caused by improper use are not considered claims. If you are unsure, you are always welcome to contact me.

Ring sizes & fit

  • On the product pages for rings, there is a size guide that shows you how to measure. The best way is to measure the inner diameter of a ring that already fits you.

    If you’re unsure, feel free to email me, and I’ll help you choose the right size.

  • Wide rings often feel tighter than thin rings of the same size. Therefore, it’s best to compare with a similar wide ring if you have one. If you only have thin rings to measure against, you may sometimes need to go up a size.

Material - PRECIOUS METAL

  • All my jewelry is made entirely of genuine 925 sterling silver or 18k gold. Every piece is handcrafted by me, Nathalie, Feministsmith. I use only recycled silver and gold, crafting everything in my own workshop in Gävle. All jewelry is nickel-free and water-resistant.

  • Yes, since each piece of jewelry is handmade, small variations may occur. It’s part of the charm and something that makes your jewelry personal and alive.

Care Instructions

  • To keep your jewelry looking beautiful longer, I recommend taking it off during exercise, showering, bathing, and sleeping to avoid unnecessary wear. Store them in a dry place when not in use, preferably in a box or an airtight bag. Avoid the bathroom, as silver jewelry can oxidize faster in the humid air.

  • I recommend removing your jewelry before showering, exercising, and sleeping. This reduces wear and helps the piece maintain its surface and finish longer.

  • My jewelry has become tarnished, how do I polish it?

    It is completely natural for silver to oxidize. Here you can read a guide on how to polish your jewelry: JEWELRY CARE INSTRUCTIONS

  • You can gently polish silver with a soft polishing cloth. And carefully with a soft toothbrush using lukewarm water and dish soap. Rinse thoroughly afterwards and dry completely with a cotton cloth.

  • Yes, I work with recycled silver and gold as much as possible. It is a conscious choice, both for the craftsmanship and for a more sustainable jewelry production.

Custom orders

  • Yes, I accept selected custom orders depending on time, idea, and scope. If you have a concept for a personal piece of jewelry, you are warmly welcome to contact offert@feministsmeden.se

  • In many cases, it is possible to make a model in gold instead of silver. Contact me about which model you are interested in, and I will get back to you with what is possible.


  • In some cases, yes. It depends on the material, project, and conditions in the workshop. Get in touch if you want to use your own gold, and we’ll look into it together.


  • The time varies depending on the design, choice of materials, and current workload. You will always receive information about the approximate timeline before we proceed.

Payment

  • The payment methods available are shown at checkout. There, you can see which options are offered for your specific order and country.

  • Yes, the payment is handled through secure payment solutions at checkout. You can feel safe when shopping with Feministsmith.


Gift card

  • Gift cards are delivered digitally and sent via email after purchase. They make a lovely gift when you want to offer freedom of choice and let the recipient select their own jewelry. Email it directly to the recipient or print the gift card and give it in person. Valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.

  • Yes, gift cards can usually be used in the webshop on regular products. If any exceptions apply, they will be stated in the terms and conditions.

    Does not apply to special orders.


About Feministsmith

  • Feministsmith is run by me, Nathalie — master goldsmith and the woman behind the brand. I create handmade jewelry with power, meaning, and a clear foundation in craftsmanship, feminism, and expression.

  • That means each piece of jewelry is handmade in the workshop, not mass-produced. This gives every piece its own feeling, its own expression, and a quality that carries the mark of true craftsmanship.

  • Feministsmeden's jewelry is sold exclusively at feministsmeden.se and soon in Feministsmeden's own STUDIO on Norra Skeppsbron in Gävle

  • The store on Kungsholmsgatan closed in 2022 when Feministsmith and the workshop moved back to Gävle.
